Employer Sponsored Work (457) Visas
Australia runs a highly successful temporary entry program for skilled workers in a wide range of occupations. The sponsorship process can result in the ability to sponsor a number of people in a range of skilled occupations.

The visa requires sponsorship by an employer and is for periods up to four years, and may be renewed after this period. Visa applicants must meet minimum standards for skills, qualifications and relevant work experience.
